We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if the failure is due to events beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or other industrial disputes, government actions, or Internet service disruptions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising between the parties concerning these Terms or any transaction, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mutual discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Udupi District, Karnataka, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Kannada, depending on the preference of the parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneIndiaService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the User’s use of the Website or services.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneIndiaService its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the User’s use of the Website and services or any violation of these Terms.

OneIndiaService Pvt. Ltd. offers a comprehensive range of e-governance and related services, including but not limited to:
- Document Services: PAN Card applications, Aadhar Card services, Passport and Visa services.
- Legal Services: Property-related services (Commercial and Domestic), Tax filing services.
- Saving Plans: Pension and retirement planning, Investment planning Guidance.
- Education Services: Scholarship programs, exam registrations.
Third Party Services
Our services may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by OneIndiaService. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The User further acknowledges and agrees that OneIndiaService shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Working time & Outsourcing
We (oneindiaservice.in) reserves our right to outsource our activities, operations, business, pertains to technology, pan service, others etc.,, to any of the third party, associates, etc. with or without any notification.
Our working hours shall be 10am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday (except state and national holidays). Our service may be halted partially or completely with or without any notice to our user’s, associates etc., due to the emergency, or due to unavailability of our associates, government officials, or any crash in the infrastructure such as server down, power failure etc., or for any unprecedented natural disaster etc.
Revenue and Usage
Revenue is generated from service charges paid by the Users. This revenue is utilized for staff and office expenses, website management, and other official costs associated with running the business.
Payment Terms
Payments for services are processed through our authorized payment gateways. By making a payment, the User agrees to the terms of the payment gateway provider. We do not store any payment information on Our servers. After payment, the User will be redirected to a Google Form to complete the service request. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds or cancellations may be available based on the specific service terms outlined at the time of the User’s purchase. If a refund or cancellation is requested, it will be processed according to the specific service policy provided. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after deducting applicable charges, and only a percentage of the payment will be refunded. No full or total refund shall be provided under any circumstances without thorough verification and approval.

Communication & Feedback
Communication by Mail
- Users can communicate us through Email only. Our users should contact us by sending emails to support@oneindiaservice.in or the user may contact us through the proposed communication system and the same will be responded by us.
- User should communicate us through electronic records and users should receive and accept our communications sent via electronic records periodically and as and when the same are sent.
- In case, the user did not respond to the communication received from us (Viz. oneindiaservice.in) within thirty days or the user did not provide the required particulars, details, documents, etc., within 15 days from the date of communication, we will not be in a position to complete the follow up action. In such circumstances, we will not be held liable to refund the fees, nor be held liable to pay any compensation for such the consequences arising therefrom.
- The users should receive all communications notifications, etc., from all of our communication channel which includes, VOIP call, SMS, Mobile, Email etc., for any communications or services or assistance or clarification for the existing services or for any other any future services or products offered by us or by our associates and it is presumed that the users have given their consent for the same.
